Spicy Pumpkin Apple Dip
Ingredients:
3 ounces reduced fat cream cheese, softened
1 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
⅓ cup packed brown sugar
⅔ cup canned pumpkin
2 tablespoons maple syrup
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Sliced apples
Directions:
- Place softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt in a bowl and beat with a mixer until well blended.
- Add brown sugar and mix.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix until fluffy. Cover and chill for about 30 minutes to allow dip to thicken.
- Serve with apple slices.
Makes 2 servings.
