Dean Health Plan's WIN Program offers cash back for a variety of health-related expenses for the whole family.

Weight Management

Comprehensive Weight Management

Members who participate in Dean's Comprehensive Weight Management Programs are eligible for an additional $100 bonus reimbursement. This does not count toward the $100 individual or $200 family WIN reimbursement maximum.

Anyone who is covered under a Dean Health Plan insurance plan is eligible to participate. DHP will reimburse individual members up to $100 or families up to $200 for eligible services received per calendar year.

    Dean Health Plan is proud to include reimbursement of your membership fees for Community-Supported Agriculture (CSA) in our WIN Program. You support local farms by paying an annual fee and in return, receive a "share" of the season's harvest of fresh produce.
