Medicare Drug Coverage
Medicare offers insurance plans to help eligible individuals pay for their prescription drugs. The program is known as Medicare Part D, and covers both brand-name and generic prescription drugs at participating pharmacies in your area.
There is no single Medicare drug plan. To receive coverage, you must enroll in one of the drug plans Medicare has approved.
Plans will vary, including which drugs are covered and how much you will have to pay. When you pick a new plan, be sure to consider which of your medications will be covered and which pharmacies will accept your new insurance.
Regardless of your plan, you can still have your prescriptions filled at Dean Clinic Pharmacy.
