Driving Directions to the Aesthetic Surgery Center

The Aesthetic Surgery Center is located on the second floor of the Park Bank building (along with ANiU salon, the Center For Cosmetic Dentistry and Meriter Pediatrics), on Deming Way, off University Avenue in Middleton.

The front of the building is shown above. From Hwy 12 (W. Beltline Highway):

• Exit Highway 12 (the Beltline) at University Avenue/Highway 14. The exit is 251A - go 0.2 miles
• At the bottom of the ramp, turn right onto University Avenue/Highway 14 and head west - go 0.5 miles
• Turn right on Deming Way - go 0.2 miles
• Turn into the Park Bank parking lot
• The Aesthetic Surgery Center is located on the 2nd floor of the Park Bank building

The Aesthetic Surgery Center's office hours are between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
