Avoid Email Size Constraints with Data Vault

As you know, much of the business we do these days is centered on email communication. Oftentimes, the documents we need to share are large and rejected by email due to size restraints. Data Vault eliminates that issue. Here are the simple instructions for using Data Vault.

1. Go to deancare.com and click Secure Access at the bottom of the page
2. Select Data Vault
3. Login with your Dean Health Plan (DHP) Data Vault user name and password
4. Upload file
5. Once your file is uploaded, please make sure to send an email to your Sales Representative letting them know the file is available
