Agent Licensing: Keep Us Up-to-Date

To ensure we are able to provide you with the best and most efficient service, as well as to align with State insurance regulations, it is important that you notify DHP when staffing changes have been made within your agency. To remain in compliance with a recommendation set by the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance, we ask that your agency notify DHP within seven days of an agent being terminated. We also ask that you keep us up-to-date on your most recent contact information. If you or your agency has moved recently or changed phone numbers, please let us know.
