WISC-TV Time for Kids - Community Baby Shower Collection a Success
Dean Clinic teamed up with WISC-TV to collect baby supplies for area families in need.
Dean Clinic is proud to once again sponsor the WISC-TV Community Baby Shower. The baby shower collection was held July 30th - August 1st at Slumberland East and West in Madison. Organizers say this year's collection was a success, with donations up almost 50 percent from last year.
The items donated include new and gently used baby clothes, diapers, baby wipes, toys and blankets. Some of this year's larger items donated include new cribs and strollers.
The distribution of items will take place at the Community Baby Shower, which will be held Saturday, September 25th at the Warner Park Community Center from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
The shower is open to expectant women or those with infants 1-year-old or younger. An invitation is needed to attend. You can call (608) 770-2049 to request an invite.
